If you want to recreate a cinema experience at home the KRIX MX speaker systems will provide everything you need for your new home cinemas front end. The MX speaker baffle wall includes left, centre and right speakers plus two subwoofers all in the one acoustically beneficial baffle wall. Krix Currently offers four models of the MX baffle wall system to cater for most room sizes and also offers a vast range of in and on-wall surround speakers plus a range is in-ceiling and surface mount height speakers.
Krix MX Real Cinema at Home speaker systems come in four models to suit various room sizes and budget. Krix wants to be able to deliver the best cinematic experience possible and have provided three performance level measurements for their speakers based on room size and amplification. “Reference level” is what you want to be able to achieve in a high-performance home cinema and meets Dolby Atmos Commercial Cinema levels of 105dB at the primary listening position for each main speaker and surround channels with a requirement of 115dB for subwoofers. “Performance Level” doesn’t have quite reference level output, however, will still be very rewarding at 102dB for mains and surrounds with 112dB for subwoofers. “High Level” is the third performance level requiring 99dB for mains and surrounds at the primary listening position and 109dB for subwoofers and takes into account the smaller MX systems and surround speakers.
Krix MX-40 is the flagship of the MX Real Cinema at Home range and the first MX model to feature 3way configuration to ensure the very best fidelity, frequency response and extremely low distortion.
MX-40 is designed to be installed behind an acoustically transparent screen
The MX-30 has 98dB sensitivity for low-frequency element and 101dB for the high-frequency element combined with the correct amplification can achieve the following SPL goals for optimum performance;
Krix MX-30 sits under the the MX-40 offering pure cinematic magic for larger rooms. The Left, centre & right component offers Short throw horn speakers for high frequencies and a 380mm drivers for mid-bass, sub-bass is handled by two 455mm subwoofers.
