What if I am buying an item for a gift and the recipient wants a different colour or model?
Talk to us prior to purchase! For most cases as long as the item is still sealed new in box we are happy to swap it for a different colour or look at the cost differences to select a different model, however please bare in mind that if you are mail ordering you will need to organise delivery and any cost involved to return the item to our store plus cover the freight cost back to you. If the item you initially purchased is a special order item not normally kept in store restocking fees may apply. Exchanges or model swaps are always best conducted face to face in store.
What should I do if I have a faulty item?
From time to time we do unfortunately see products that can develop a problem, we are always here to help, please call us in store and let us know what the issue is, quite often it is something that can solved over the phone. In the instance that a product is faulty or no longer working we will do our best to get you back enjoying your item as soon as we can. Return the product to our store with a copy of the sales invoice, If the product is under warranty it will be sent to an authorised warranty service agent for evaluation, all warranty's are subject to the terms and conditions of the manufactures warranty terms.
If the product is not under warranty we will assist you to the best of our ability to get your item repaired if possible or help you choose a replacement!
